OBHBA PARADE OF HOMES WINNER – PERNELL RESIDENCE
The 24th Annual Outer Banks Home Builders Association Parade of Homes is in the books! For the first time in 24 years, the event had to end early due to Hurricane Matthew. Despite the weather we had more than 600 people tour both Sandmark Custom Homes in the OBHBA Parade of Homes. Many thanks to everyone who attended this annual event on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We appreciate your support!
The Pernell Residence, House #9 in the OBHBA Parade of Homes was a double winner. This home, built for Barry and Beth Pernell received the Judges Award of Excellence and the People’s Choice Award. We are thrilled!
Our second entry, House #8, the remodel of Bella, did not receive any official awards but we know it’s a true winner when it comes to the renters! In 2016 Bella was rented for more than 30 weeks, making it a popular OBX beach home rental.
