It’s a busy time here on the Outer Banks for Sandmark Custom Homes. Here are 2 new Sandmark Custom Homes we’re currently working on.
In the last quarter of 2020, we tore down a very small 1950’s-built home. Going up is a beautiful new home with six master suites, an elevator, movie theatre room, game room, fitness area, swimming pool, gourmet kitchen,
a rooftop deck with hot tub, and so much more. This home is located one back from the oceanfront. We will be sharing the progress monthly.
In January 2021, after working on the plans and selections for many months, demo day finally arrived for a special family in Southern Shores. We tore down their existing home and are starting to build their new home. Check out these pictures from Demo Day and watch for home building pictures in the coming months.
