Sandmark Custom Homes has had a very busy winter and spring and we would like to show you some pictures of the projects we are working on in Southern Shores for four great clients.
The first home is a wonderful year-round home on the oceanfront, we are working on installing cabinets, light fixtures, flooring, trim work, paint, septic system, finishing up the decks and ocean walkway and setting the pool.
Then we have a beautiful year-round home which has great views of the golf course and canal, we are finishing up the drywall to get ready for all the interior work to get started and installing a pool.
Then we have a great year-round home that we built in 2002 and have made several additions to and are now adding an elevator for these great clients and friends.
The last project is a renovation and addition for our next-door neighbors, for their year-round home. We are finishing up the siding and working on plumbing, electric and HVAC. The transformation of this home is just amazing!
