Sandmark Update March 2021

We are enjoying this nice weather that March has brought to the Outer Banks. And nice weather means that construction projects are in full swing!

We are busy with renovations and new home projects from Corolla to Kitty Hawk! Many of our renovations are complete house renovations along with expanding the floor plan. Making room for elevator additions, larger kitchens, expanding master bedrooms and bathrooms, and making larger great rooms for more family time year-round!

Our new homes have taken a little longer to get started with but they are ready to move now! Three beautiful new custom homes for this year!  One is under roof with the subcontractors working inside and out, another one has the pilings going in this week, and on the third one, the beautiful sound front lot has been cleared!

We’re excited for the opportunity to work with these homeowners!
