Save the Date for the Outer Banks Parade of Homes 2016
The 24th Annual Outer Banks Homes Builders Association Parade of Homes is scheduled for Thursday, October 6 through Sunday, October 9, 2016. This year Sandmark Custom Homes will feature the remodel of Bella, located on Scarborough Lane in Duck, North Carolina.
Originally built in 2006, this rental home recently had a facelift, bringing a new look to an old love. Outside updates included new paint, and a refresh of the existing pool. The existing fiberglass pool and concrete decking were replaced with a new concrete pool, pavers, Trex decking and a spiral staircase to the sundeck. The inside of the house was repainted, the kitchen renovated, new hardwood floors and new carpeting, new interior doors, updated lighting fixtures and new furniture.
