This incredible event brings our community together for an evening of oysters, food, live music, and fun—all while raising money to help Outer Banks patients fighting cancer. It’s a cause that hits close to home for us: both Mark and Sandy lost their dads to cancer, and we’ve had other family members touched by it as well. That’s why Cancer Shucks means so much to the Martin family, and why we’re asking you to consider supporting it—whether that’s through sponsorship or by purchasing tickets to attend. OBX Parade of Homes – October 9th-11th, 2025
We’re also thrilled to share that we’ll have a home featured in this year’s OBX Parade of Homes! Earlier this year, we completely tore down and built a stunning new home in Southern Shores, and we can’t wait to show it off on the tour. The Parade of Homes has always been one of our favorite events, not just to showcase our work, but because it gives us the chance to connect with so many past clients, friends, and future homeowners. Talking with each of you during the tour truly means the world to us.
