New OBX Real Estate Statistic Reports: The Outer Banks Association of Realtors has invested in a new statistical reporting tool for both agents and the public. Previous reports were more or less general reports on the entire Outer Banks real estate market. There was some detail on specific towns but not that much. This new reporting system allows the user to get statistics by smaller segments.
For example, you can now get the statistics for just properties on the ocean side of NC 12 in Southern Shores or the ocean side of NC 12 in Duck. Being able to segment town markets gives the user a better idea of the actual conditions in each area. This tool is new as of July 21. As a result, we’re still figuring it out.
