Spotlight on a Sandmark Project – 185 Ocean Blvd., Southern Shores, NC
As Sandmark Custom Homes closed out the end of 2019 we began a project in Southern Shores that included tearing down an existing home and the start of a custom rental home for our clients. This seven-bedroom home with a pool, hot tub and elevator is featured in Carolina Designs rental program, SEAVIEW #369.
