This Cranberry Salad recipe is one of my family’s favorites to have during the holidays. The recipe comes from grandmother, Meme, who will be celebrating her 97th Birthday on December 31st.
2 packages of Lemon Jell-O
3 Cups Hot Water
1 lb Cranberries
2 medium Red Apples
1 medium Orange (with half peel left on)
2 cups Sugar
In a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish, mix and dissolve the 2 packages of Lemon Jell-O.
Pour cranberry mixture into the Jell-O mixture and mix well. Then put into the refrigerator to chill. The Cranberry Salad works best if you have it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
