Avocado Bacon Chicken Salad with Jalapeño Honey Mustard. The chicken is seasoned with a mix of spices and roasted until lightly charred and delicious. Everything is tossed together with my creamy jalapeño honey mustard dressing, fresh cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, and then lots of crumbed feta cheese. The spicy honey mustard is quite possibly one of my favorite dressings, it’s delicious!

This yummy Thai-inspired salad is a mix of fresh greens, chicken, mango, creamy avocado, and delicious crunchy peanuts, all topped with those delicious crispy wontons. Everything is tossed together with my favorite toasted sesame, garlic, and ginger peanut dressing. I’m pretty sure you’ll find it delicious. This salad is a wonderful mix of savory, sweet, and salty. It’s no-cook, easy to toss together, bright and colorful, plus, of course, totally delicious!

Baked Honey Balsamic Chicken served with charred lemon feta cheese. Marinated chicken baked until glazed in a deliciously tangy, sweet balsamic sauce. Arrange lemon wedges and asparagus around the chicken and bake everything together on the same sheet pan. The balsamic sauce reduces around the chicken, and the asparagus cooks up perfectly with butter melted over top. Serve this chicken and asparagus together over steamy rice or pasta with plenty of charred lemon feta cheese!
