Hi everyone! My name is Amanda Damico. Some of you may know that I am Mark & Sandy’s daughter but what I’m sure not everyone knows is that I am a registered nurse, personal trainer, nutrition and health coach. I’ve spent nearly the last decade working on my personal health while also furthering my education in the health and wellness industry. As everyone reading this by now knows, my father doesn’t half-ass anything he does. When he does something, he goes all in no matter the sacrifice. I am truly my father’s child because I have that same mindset. Once I get started, I can’t stop until I have exceeded my expectations. I left working at the bedside in December to focus more on a goal of mine. The goal is to help as many people as I can become healthier through personalized health coaching – Your Healthy-ish Life.
Everyone’s definition of healthy is different and I completely understand that. We are all unique individuals that treat life and all its fine details differently. We come from different backgrounds, have different life experiences, different goals, different support systems, different careers, are different ages, sizes, and weights. We have unique medical backgrounds. We work at different hours of the day or night. We have different stressors and limiting beliefs. The one thing nearly all of us have in common is the fact that we want to be our best selves. We want to function at our full potential; however, chances are not even half of us are actually functioning at our full potential. It’s a shame, isn’t it?
The mission of my business, Your Healthy-ish Life, is to help you realize your worth and support you in living up to your full potential. I help individuals that want to eat better, lose weight, move more, and have more energy through my personalized health coaching program. My goal is to change your meaning of healthy, food, exercise, balance, time, success, and so many other terms we cover in my coaching package. As I said before, we are all unique and that is exactly why I make each client coaching program as unique as the client.
Every month you will find a blog from Your Healthy-ish Life in the Sandmark Custom Homes newsletter providing you with a health and wellness tip or trick to get you through the month. Feel free to reach out to Sandy, Mark or myself if there is a topic you want me to specifically talk about in the newsletter. At the bottom of the page are the links to all the platforms I am apart of and my email address if you have questions, comments, or concerns. I’d love to hear your feedback!
