Outer Banks Beach Home
Sandmark Custom Homes did two major additions to our house in 2001 and 2005. The work involved increasing the size of the bedrooms, kitchen and added a separate sunroom with a marvelous view of the ocean. In addition, a recreation room and elevator was added. We were and continue to be pleased with the excellent and professional work done.
If we have minor things that need attended, Mark Martin is our receptive to helping us.
At the present time, he is changing a bathroom by removing a bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower and I’m confident that it will be a complete job.
