We are so excited to be remodeling the house next door to us and make it a home for Sam and Teri Howell. We are taking this old saltbox home that they have owned since 2011 and remodeling the entire inside with a new master suite, new kitchen and eating area, new guest bedroom and bathroom, new living room, new foyer and adding a garage, elevator, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room. The exterior will get new windows, siding, decks, and roof.
