Louanne Woody, Broker-in-Charge

Louanne relocated to Nags Head with husband David and sons Bryan and Chris from Lynchburg, Virginia, in 1993, after many years of summer visits.  She continued her teaching career at Manteo High School, but in 1995 decided to make a career change to real estate brokerage.

Louanne has been an active member of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and has served on the leadership team of Mighty Wind United Methodist Church.
