Louanne Woody, Broker-in-Charge

Louanne relocated to Nags Head with husband David and sons Bryan and Chris from Lynchburg, Virginia, in 1993, after many years of summer visits.  She continued her teaching career at Manteo High School, but in 1995 decided to make a career change to real estate brokerage.

Louanne has been an active member of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and has served on the leadership team of Mighty Wind United Methodist Church. William "Chris" Woody, Broker Associate

The most recent addition to Sandmark Construction & Real Estate, Inc. residential sales division is broker associate William C. "Chris" Woody. Chris is a 1995 graduate of local Manteo High School and holds a B.A. degree in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University. His leisure activities include skimboarding, surfing, weightlifting, playing rugby, and enjoying the beach.

As a member of Sandmark's 'Dynamic Service Duo', Chris is dedicated to offering buyers and sellers individualized service that will fit their needs. His extensive knowledge of the Outer Banks along with his management, teaching, and coaching experience ensures that clients will attain their goals in the Outer Banks real estate market.
