Mark and Sandy Martin made their dream a reality in 1995 when they built their home along the beautiful coast of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Since that time, Sandmark Construction and Real Estate Inc. has become an award winning company, guiding their clients as they design and construct their unique home on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Mark and Sandy listen to the clients, determine their needs and desires, and proceed to bring the clients’ vision to reality. When Sandmark builds or remodels your home, you will have both Mark and Sandy with you from initial meetings with the home’s designer to the final construction details. Whether you are living in the area or coordinating the project from a distance, Mark and Sandy will keep you up to date on the progress of your construction through meetings at the property, emails, phone calls and pictures.

Another important member of The Sandmark Team is Jake Gee, who handles the day-to-day operations in the field. Mark and Jake work closely during a home’s construction to coordinate the work of the subcontractors and insure quality in both materials and workmanship.

In the office, Susan Sutherland assists both Mark and Sandy with the daily activities involved in building or remodeling your home. The Sandmark Team will expertly guide you through each step of the building or remodeling process.
